Light and Colour – Landscape Sketches: From Oil to Watercolour

Join artist Alan Johnston for an engaging workshop inspired by the Jean-Pierre Beckius exhibition. Begin with a guided question-and-answer session in the exhibtion, focusing on one or two selected works to uncover the techniques and artistic choices of Beckius.

Then, create your own watercolour sketch by interpreting a chosen work, exploring the methods and approaches used by the artist.

All materials are provided, including a complimentary sketchbook. Experienced watercolour sketchers are welcome to bring their own supplies.

The workshop will be conducted in English, with individual guidance available in French, Luxembourgish, or German as needed.
