Strolling concert: GeiBassGei
20h00, 21h00, 22h00 & 23h00

This is a duo consisting of two Luxembourgish musicians, Jean-Jacques Mailliet and Max Serra. Their repertoire comprises original compositions influenced by their individual and collective musical backgrounds. They combine elements of Irish and Norwegian folk music with their passion for jazz.
The two musicians met at the Luxembourg conservatory as children and continued their training together at the Paris Conservatoire (CNSMDP).
Although the double bass and violin belong to the same family of instruments and are almost identical in construction, they stand in exciting contrast to each other. This reflects the artistic partnership of Jean-Jacques and Max: they are very different, both musically and personally, and find their strength not in harmony, but in symbiosis.
GeiBassGei takes the audience on a personal musical journey, telling a shared story from two perspectives with all its ups and downs, played on the double bass and violin.

Club Sauuce's musical style moves between disco, funk, house, tech house and minimal house, breathing new life into spaces.

Stand-up Comedy: Lil’ Aïda
19h00 & 20h30 (EN)

Lil’ Aïda (Aïda Sghiri) left Paris for Luxembourg at the end of 2021 with one goal in mind: to double her salary. But the only thing she’s managed to do so far… is triple her rent!
This French-Tunisian comedian loves to play with her roots, her expat misadventures, and her emotional attachment to Luxembourg. She has two missions: turning life’s absurdities into punchlines… and bringing glory back to the Bouneschlupp.
After cutting her teeth on Luxembourg’s English-speaking comedy scene, she founded the Duchesse Comedy Club, the first feminist and inclusive stand-up night in the region — a real springboard for emerging talents across the Greater Region.
An entrepreneur at heart, Lil’ Aïda left her corporate job to set European stages on fire. She now dedicates the rest of her time to building her start-up: Pass Comedy, the first LinkedIn for performing artists.

Guided tour of the temporary exhibition: Viaggio in Italia. Views of Naples, Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan, 17th–19th century
17h30 (FR) & 20h15 (EN)

The exhibition takes us on a journey of discovery through Italy’s iconic cities and regions. Over a period of three centuries and from the hand of Italian, Dutch, French and British painters, it presents idealised ancient landscapes, numerous vedute and scenes of everyday life in urban settings. The paintings have in common the southern light, the elegance of the architecture, the charm of the landscapes and the omnipresence of Antiquity.
Alongside views of the cities mentioned, there are capricci, imaginative compositions of ancient ruins in bucolic landscapes. The Roman squares painted by Gaspar van Wittel (1652–1736), the Venice of Canaletto (1697–1768) or the industrial city of Milan as seen by the futurist Umberto Boccioni (1882-1916) are among the centrepieces on display.
