Tableaux sonores: a poetic journey for audiences in search of new experiences

Jeannot Pirrotte is an experienced multi-instrumentalist who has developed a passion for the handpan. Val Cielle studied speech and performing arts and is particularly interested in spontaneous singing. For several years now, they have both been exploring the language of free musical improvisation, creating unusual soundscapes that invite you to travel.

As part of the Colour Kaleidoscope theme, they will be experimenting with musical colours that resonate with a selection of works from the permanent collection, and offering you some surprising sound tableaux.
