During this guided tour, we discover works of art specially created for the public space. Most of the monuments were erected in Luxembourg between the mid 19th century and the early 2000's. It was only in the nineties that art was actively created for the public space, meaning that works of art were placed in the urban space purely for aesthetic reasons, without promoting a culture of remembering.
